Services

Yellow Door Therapy provides therapeutic and podiatry services within the United Kingdom.

Therapy services may include:

  • Initial consultations

  • Ongoing therapy sessions

  • Online or in-person appointments

All services are delivered in accordance with professional and ethical standards.

Appointments and Booking

Appointments must be booked in advance via:

  • Our website

  • Email

  • Telephone

Appointments are confirmed once payment (where required) is received or written confirmation has been issued.

Fees and Payment

  • Fees will be clearly communicated prior to booking.

  • Payment may be made online or in person.

  • Online payments are processed via secure third-party providers.

  • We do not store full card details.

All fees must be paid in full by the agreed due date.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Any fee changes will not affect sessions already booked.

Cancellation and Missed Appointments

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with sufficient notice will not be charged.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full session fee.

  • If we need to cancel an appointment, we will offer an alternative time or a full refund where applicable.

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential, subject to the limits of the law.

Confidentiality may be broken where:

  • There is a risk of serious harm to you or others

  • There are safeguarding concerns

  • We are required to disclose information by law

Client Responsibilities

By engaging in therapy, you agree to:

Online Sessions

For online sessions, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring a private and confidential space

  • Having a stable internet connection

  • Using appropriate technology

We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide professional and ethical services:

  • Therapy outcomes vary between individuals.

  • We do not guarantee specific results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yellow Door Therapy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any matter that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

If unresolved, you may have the right to raise a concern with the appropriate professional body or regulator (if applicable).
